Cancellation Refund Policy
This Policy applies to Evly Pharma Kozmetik San. A.Ş. ("Evly") www.thepurestsolutions.co.za ("Site") regarding the cancellation and return of the products ordered through the Site and the customers who have placed orders ("Buyer").
Regarding the cancellation and return of the products ordered by the buyer; The relevant provisions in the Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") signed between Evly and the Buyer remain valid.
Every product you buy is under the warranty of our company.
You can return the order you receive within 14 days with customer service approval without opening The Purest Solutions box in any way. After your order reaches our return warehouse, it will be examined and then your refund will be made to your bank after the unopened approval is given.
Before receiving the packages that you think have been damaged during shipment, open and check them in front of the cargo company representative. If there is any damage to the product, do not receive the product by making a report to the cargo company. If you do not keep a report, do not forget that you accept that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.
In cases where any deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and similar conditions are detected in the product and the product is not returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned, and the price will not be refunded.
If you return the product, your return will be processed within seven (7) business days from the time the product is received by the company.
Credit card refunds will be issued within five (5) business days after the return is approved. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account in the same statement period. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service.
For product complaints that may arise after the product reaches you, you can contact the customer service representative at 060 456 7705. If it is determined that the problem is not caused by the user, it will be compensated.
